Meet Peggy,
Peggy is a loyal and sweet pit bull mix who was rescued from the LA Animal Shelter awhile back. She is currently not at our facility due to space, but is in a loving foster home at the moment. Unfortunately her foster dad cannot keep her for the long run as she would need to be in a home as a single dog. She loves people, but can be very selective with other dogs which can be a safety issue. Peggy is not only very sweet, but she adores affection and would do anything for some cuddles! She is crate trained, house broken for the most part, leash trained, and has completed basic obedience training. She would definitely need to continue her training in her forever home. Peggy is eager to please and is a very intelligent little girl who picks up commands very easily. Peggy even makes little "pig" noises when asking for affection or treats. She is absolutely to die for, and would be a great addition to your family! She would do best in a home with older children, and as stated before as the only pet in the house. Peggy is a sweet girl but needs time to open up. She is shy at first, but once that connection and trust is built, she becomes a spunky "velcro" dog. Peggy is ready to find her forever home, and is already vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. If you are interested in meeting and potentially adopting Peggy, please fill out a Dog Questionnaire Form on our website, or give us a call!
