Meet Ginger,
Ginger was unfortunately dumped at our facility. He was tied up to the bus stop without any food or water. Ginger was recently adopted from the LA city shelter a few months prior to his abandonment. We are still evaluating his overall behavior, but he will definitely need a family who can keep up with his puppy energy and give him the proper training he needs to have a successful future!
